Snapshot Assessment Interviews with senior leadership and a random selection of associates representing a diagonal slice across the organization provide rich data about organizational systems and organizational culture. Data are also captured from existing sources, e.g. annual reports, climate surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. Interview data is organized into categories of organizational systems and reviewed with clients for validation and development of insight into cause and effect relationships between organizational systems and performance results.
